Last Updated: April 20, 2026

1. Our Commitment

Beyond Media Global Group (“BMG”) is committed to ensuring that its website and digital services are accessible to people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to access information about our services regardless of ability, and we are working to improve the accessibility and usability of www.bmgww.com.

2. Conformance Goal

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG 2.1 AA defines how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

This is an aspirational goal. We acknowledge that portions of our Site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are actively identifying and remediating accessibility barriers as part of our ongoing website maintenance program.

3. Measures We Take

To support accessibility, BMG:

  1. 1. Incorporates accessibility as part of our website design and content review;

  2. 2. Conducts self-evaluation of the Site using industry-standard tools such as WAVE and axe DevTools;

  3. 3. Performs manual reviews of navigation, color contrast, keyboard operability, and alternative text for images; and

  4. 4. Educates our internal team and vendors about accessibility best practices.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content on the Site may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include third-party embedded content and legacy PDF documents. We are working to remediate these items and welcome reports of accessibility barriers so we can address them.

5. Feedback and Assistance

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the BMG Site. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or if you need assistance accessing any information on the Site, please contact us:

Email: bmglegal@bmgww.com

Address: Suite 415-473, South Tower, 140 E Ridgewood Ave, Paramus, NJ 07652, USA

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five (5) business days and to provide the requested information in an accessible alternative format where reasonably possible.

6. Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division or file a complaint through the appropriate New Jersey state agency.

7. Assessment Approach

BMG assesses the accessibility of www.bmgww.com through a combination of:

  1. 1. Automated testing using WAVE, axe DevTools, and Lighthouse;

  2. 2. Manual keyboard and screen-reader testing; and

  3. 3. Periodic review by our internal development team.
